• Confirming OncoDNA’s high quality standard used for safe data handling and security

OncoDNA (“OncoDNA or “the Company”), the healthcare technology company making precision medicine a reality, announces having received ISO 27001 :2013 certification for information security management and storage.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an international standard that outline the requirements for an optimal management of information security management systems. To achieve this certification, the company went under in-depth audit by a certification accredited body to demonstrate his ability to protect the privacy of customers’ data. Our backup and redundant servers stored in a secured datacentre were also audited to demonstrate our capacity to provide service continuity in any circumstance.

The certification of OncoDNA includes the entire IT infrastructure where the data is stored and processed for the provision of OncoDNA’s services as well as the support processes for the management of the ISMS (Management, Risk Management, Human Resources & Purchase).

The international standard ISO 27001 is awarded to a company for best practices for information security management systems. Compliance with these standards demonstrates OncoDNA commitment to a repeatable, continuously improving, risk-based security program. The management system was inspected by the International Certification Trust Services (Icts).
